Website information and inquiries
This website describes The Mole Busters LLC and our mole-control services in Oregon and Washington. You may use it to learn about service and contact us about a property you own, maintain or are authorized to discuss. Please give accurate contact and property information.
Submitting a form or contacting us requests a conversation; it does not by itself book service, authorize a charge or create a service agreement. We confirm availability, property eligibility, scope, pricing and applicable terms before service is agreed.
Service offers and agreements
Specific service scope and guarantees are explained on the relevant offer page and in the agreement provided for your property. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary current-problem residential offer. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring problems. Their different coverage and agreement terms should be reviewed before choosing. Commercial work is assessed separately. Oregon gopher control is an add-on to Oregon mole service only.
These website terms do not add cancellation charges, payment rules, liability waivers or other terms to your service agreement. Contact Mak or Maleah with questions about a quote or the terms that apply to your property.
Optional text messages
If you separately opt in, The Mole Busters may send the types of messages described in that consent, such as responses to inquiries, scheduling and service updates. Marketing texts require the applicable separate permission. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing service.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance or call 253-400-8885. After opting out, you may need to provide fresh consent to resume the applicable messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages as an emergency service.
Privacy and recorded calls
Our Privacy Policy explains information use, Google Analytics and recorded calls. Calls may be recorded; tell us if you prefer another communication method. Sending an inquiry does not give unrelated companies permission to market to you.
Content and external links
Our photographs, writing, branding and other website materials are provided to explain our business. Do not misrepresent them as your own business's work or use them to impersonate The Mole Busters. Genuine customer reviews describe individual experiences; they do not expand the written service guarantee. External links are provided for useful context and are subject to those sites' own terms.
