How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Aloha

Describe the active area, the entrance and any shared frontage. We will explain a result-based service choice without assuming you need a subscription. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

A landscaped frontage is not always a residential lawn

The county’s Aloha Tomorrow work focuses on the area near TV Highway and 185th Avenue, with commercial, residential and civic uses considered together. When you request mole service near that corridor, identify the use of the ground rather than sending a close-up with only the street name. A business frontage, apartment landscape and individual lawn need different authorization and quoting conversations.

Show the maintained patch, nearest entrance and any adjoining parking or sidewalk. Commercial grounds receive a custom quote. A qualifying residential service area up to one acre may use MG30, but we first need to understand the actual area you want serviced.

Practical homeowner tips

Make weekly access clear before the first visit

Aloha-Reedville planning treats neighborhood and housing quality separately from major roads and safe travel. That is a useful reminder to explain how someone reaches your yard from the street. Tell us whether the lawn is behind the house, reached from a side gate or maintained with another household. Give the service address even if your mailing address uses a nearby city name.

Describe any loading, parking or contractor arrangements that affect entry. We plan checks around the authorized route; a frontage on a major corridor should not require guessing which entrance is appropriate. Clear access also helps keep equipment from being moved during regular landscape work.

Local details that matter

Identify Butternut Creek ground separately from turf

County planning materials map Butternut Creek through the Aloha area, and a public project record describes stream-resiliency work associated with SW 198th Avenue improvements. Those records do not identify a mole problem on your lot. If your lawn meets a channel, planted strip or low area, show the boundary and any existing maintenance plan in your inquiry.

Do not fill a drainage feature to cover fresh soil or assume mole control will correct ponding. Record new activity, note recent landscape changes and explain any previous separate episodes. That history is more useful for choosing MG30 or Mole Dominator than a general assumption about every property beside the creek.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Aloha property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can a business arrange service along TV Highway?

Yes. Identify the maintained frontage and authorized contact. Commercial work is custom quoted.

Which address should I give for an Aloha property?

Provide the actual service address and directions to the approved entrance, even if the mailing city is different.

Does nearby creek work mean my yard needs repair?

No. Public project records do not diagnose your parcel. Describe what you can see and keep drainage repair separate from the mole-control request.
