$499 flat rate for qualifying residential properties up to one acre
We find the active problem, set up the property, and return weekly to check and adjust. You're paying for resolution of the active mole problem, rather than a set number of catches or visits.
If the moles are not gone in 30 days, we continue working at no additional service charge until the problem is resolved. We confirm the problem is resolved after seven consecutive days with no new activity.
Larger properties receive a custom quote. Seven days of free callback coverage follow equipment removal.
