Local, family-owned specialists serving Oregon and Washington

Meet The Mole Busters

The Mole Busters is a local, family-owned business run by Mak and Maleah Parshall. The company specializes in burrowing-pest damage, offers direct communication and defined service plans, and operates with different state-specific capabilities: mole-only work in Washington and mole, gopher, and vole evaluation in Oregon.

A family-owned mole company with a narrow focus.

Mak Parshall started catching moles in 2022 to help pay for athletic trips. On May 31, 2024, he formed The Mole Busters LLC and went professional while studying business management at Purdue Global.

In July 2024, Mak and Maleah started dating, and Maleah decided to join the business. In January 2025, after Maleah returned from BYU-Idaho where she studied marketing, The Mole Busters launched a new logo, a new website, and began growing into a more serious local mole-control brand.

How The Mole Busters grew.

In April 2025, The Mole Busters finally got on Google, and things started to take off. In May 2025, Mak and Maleah got married, added a new team member who now runs the Washington location, and moved to Dayton, Oregon so Mak could pursue his JD.

In October 2025, Mak and Maleah saw the need for a trustworthy mole company in the area and opened the Oregon location. In April 2026, Mak decided to drop out of law school to focus on The Mole Busters full time. Today, the company is run by a husband-and-wife team with a customer-obsessed focus on mole work.

Why we specialize in moles.

In Washington, our work is focused on moles: mole extermination, mole removal, mole trapping, mole mounds, mole hills, lawn moles, and recurring mole damage. In Oregon, we also handle gopher control where the burrow pattern, mound shape, and property conditions point to gopher activity.

That narrow focus matters. Moles are not solved by wishful thinking, flattened dirt, or one-size-fits-all pest control language. The service has to match what is actually happening in the lawn.

Our values

Customer-obsessed mole service.

The Mole Busters is built around a simple idea: the customer should feel taken care of before, during, and after the job. We want the process to be easy, the communication to be clear, and the service to feel worth saying yes to.

Earn the review

We aim to earn the 5-star review by being responsive, honest, and prepared.

Own the outcome

If something needs attention, we look for a reasonable way to help instead of hiding behind fine print.

Keep it focused

We specialize in moles, and in Oregon we also handle gophers when the evidence points that way.

Mole control FAQs

Questions homeowners ask about About The Mole Busters.

How do I know if this is active mole damage?

Fresh mole mounds, new mole hills, sinking turf, and damage that returns after being flattened usually mean the yard should be inspected.

Why choose The Mole Busters instead of a general pest company?

The Mole Busters has a narrow focus on mole work. Other companies may handle five, ten, or more pest categories; our service is built around reading fresh mounds, soil movement, and repeat lawn damage.

How does The Mole Dominator Plan protect a property?

The Mole Dominator Plan is for properties with moles now and properties where moles are likely to return. The customer pays one monthly price under a 12-month agreement for ongoing mole protection.

Does every property qualify for standard pricing?

Most residential yards fit the published 5-week service pricing. Yards over 1.5 acres require a custom quote because property size, access, and service time can vary significantly.

Do you use chemical-heavy mole treatments?

The Mole Busters emphasizes professional trapping and yard-specific mole control instead of chemical-heavy treatment branding. The goal is to deal with the mole causing the damage with a focused plan.

Do you handle anything besides moles?

In Washington service areas, The Mole Busters stays focused on moles so the service is not diluted across a long list of unrelated pests.
