Moles Gone in 30 Days is our primary residential service for that situation, especially when your property does not have a history of repeated problems. You are not paying us for how many moles we catch. You are not paying us for a fixed number of visits. You are paying us to resolve the active mole problem.
The $499 qualifying-property price lets you make that decision without guessing how many animals are underground or how many visits the property might need. We inspect the activity, set up the service equipment, and follow through with weekly checks until we can confirm the result.
A property with recurring activity may be better suited to Ongoing Mole Control. A subscription is not a required next step after this service. Compare both plans if you are unsure which fits.
How the service works
Mole control is a process and often requires several visits. Seeing one catch does not, by itself, establish that the active problem is over.
- Identify activity and set up. We look at the current mole activity and place targeted equipment in the active areas.
- Return weekly. We check the property and adjust equipment as the activity changes. Tell us about fresh mounds between visits so we can follow the movement.
- Keep monitoring after a catch. We continue checking for new activity rather than treating a catch as the end of the job.
- Confirm seven quiet days. At the next weekly visit after a catch, seven consecutive days with no new mole activity establish that the active problem is resolved.
- Remove equipment. Equipment comes out after the resolution standard is met.
- Keep seven days of free callback coverage. If new mole activity appears during the seven days after equipment removal, we return and continue the service at no additional charge.
Leave service equipment undisturbed and tell us about irrigation, pets, play areas, and planned landscaping before setup. We will explain where equipment is placed and how to keep children and pets away from it.

The guarantee means you do not have to buy another set of visits just because the active problem needs more time. We keep checking and adjusting under the same service promise. It does not mean every property is solved in one visit, or that no new mole can ever enter the property again.
Resolution confirmation and the seven-day free callback period are part of the service. After completion, new mole activity within 90 days qualifies for 50% off Moles Gone in 30 Days. That discounted return period is separate from the free callback coverage.
