How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Amity

A lawn beside growing ground or a creek corridor needs a property-specific conversation. Show us the active area and talk directly with Mak and Maleah. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Keep loose soil out of Salt Creek and Ash Swale

Amity's stormwater information identifies Salt Creek and Ash Swale and explains how eroding soil can carry pollutants into waterways. If fresh mounds appear near a drainage edge, photograph them where they are. Moving spoil into a ditch or rinsing it toward an inlet does not resolve the animal activity and can create a separate maintenance problem.

Send one close photograph and another showing the lawn's relationship to the channel. Leave vegetation and the water's edge intact. Our poison-free mole service addresses the active problem; it is not a proposal to reshape a swale, clear a streambank or make a water-quality assessment.

Practical homeowner tips

The service area may be much smaller than the parcel

The historical FEMA study describes Amity's agricultural setting alongside residential development. A house lawn, orchard and production field can occupy different parts of the same property. In your request, distinguish the grass you use around the house from growing ground or pasture beyond it. Do not assume that every acre with the same address belongs in a residential lawn quote.

Mark the affected patch on a simple photo or sketch and estimate that maintained area. Explain whether access crosses a working field or livestock enclosure. We can discuss a qualifying residential service area or a custom larger or commercial scope without asking you to buy continuing service merely because agricultural ground is nearby.

Local details that matter

Use current property information beside a mapped corridor

Amity's natural-resources review describes work on digital inventories and protection standards. Planning proposals are not a completed determination about your yard. If you already have a site plan identifying a protected strip or maintenance boundary, share the relevant portion so the quote follows the actual ground you are responsible for.

Record when you last saw fresh disturbance and whether this is the first active problem or one of several separate episodes. That history is more useful for selecting MG30 or Mole Dominator than a creek name on a map. Tell us about recently seeded ground and any work already scheduled so we can discuss practical weekly access.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Amity property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Should I wash mound soil toward the swale?

No. Photograph activity in place and keep drainage routes clear; mole control does not require pushing soil into a waterway.

Does a farm-sized parcel rule out residential service?

Identify the actual maintained residential area. Larger areas and commercial growing ground need a custom scope.

Does a proposed resource map establish my yard's status?

No. Use applicable current property information; a city planning project is not an individual site determination.
