How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Aurora

Protect the garden you enjoy without poison-based mole treatment. Mak and Maleah provide personal service, weekly checks and a clear plan for Aurora homeowners dealing with fresh lawn damage. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Keep an established historic garden intact

Aurora's historic character extends beyond a building's facade. The city's historic-review information describes an overlay covering buildings and sites, while its planning department lists historic-overlay reviews among its responsibilities. If your garden contains old paths, established edging or features you want preserved, include them in the first photographs of the affected lawn.

You do not need to strip planting or move garden features before asking about mole control. Show fresh damage from a path and identify the entrance used for weekly visits. If a separate landscaping project is planned, explain its timing so service and garden work can be coordinated. Check proposed alterations with the appropriate city staff; a mole-control inquiry does not decide what a historic-property project requires.

Practical homeowner tips

Identify the lawn edge near Mill Creek

Oregon's wildlife conservation profile records riparian restoration and native planting along Mill Creek at Aurora Mills Greenspace. This is a useful reminder to show where maintained grass ends and creek-side vegetation begins when describing a nearby private garden.

Fresh soil in lawn, an established planted bank and ground beside a public path are different places to assess. Mark the affected area in a photograph rather than cutting back the bank to make the problem easier to see. Tell us about a fence or access route between the house and lawn. We can discuss the private area you control without assuming permission to work in the greenspace or attributing its wildlife to your garden.

Local details that matter

A house garden is different from production ground

The Pudding River corridor around Aurora sits within a largely agricultural landscape, as described by ODFW. For a property that includes both a house garden and working ground, start with the lawn where new activity is visible. Explain whether damage is confined to that area or appears in several managed spaces.

Share your own history of previous episodes, including whether the lawn stayed clear between them. Living beside agricultural land does not automatically mean you need a subscription. Moles Gone in 30 Days remains the primary option for a current problem; Mole Dominator is the alternative when ongoing or returning activity makes it a better fit. Farm and other commercial grounds are assessed separately for a custom service plan.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Aurora property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Should I remove old garden edging before a visit?

No. Show the lawn and features you want preserved. Discuss any separate landscaping work before changing the service area.

Can you assume access through Aurora Mills Greenspace?

No. Identify the private entrance and the area you can authorize us to access.

Does a field-edge home require Mole Dominator?

Not automatically. Your actual history of returning activity helps determine whether current-problem or ongoing service fits.
