How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Banks

Fresh mole mounds can make a small lawn feel like a constant project. Let Mak and Maleah help you choose a result-based service for your home or managed grounds, with weekly checks and clear communication. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

For an Arbor Village lawn, show the spaces you use

Banks' park inventory places Greenville Park within Arbor Village, with open lawn and play space at the neighborhood's center. For a nearby home inquiry, show your own affected grass and planted borders in one wider photo. Add a close view of fresh mounds so we can understand both the damage and the garden around it.

Tell us when the lawn is normally mowed and where pets or children spend time. Mak or Maleah can discuss equipment placement and weekly follow-through around ordinary garden use. If the affected ground is managed for several homes, include the person arranging work for that shared area so the scope and communication stay clear.

Practical homeowner tips

Small Main Street frontages deserve a clear plan too

Main Street has a different setting from Arbor Village: Banks' records describe historic buildings, local businesses and the small Log Cabin Park. A narrow lawn outside a storefront or a garden behind a house can still be important to the people using it. Describe the affected planting and grass rather than sending only a street-facing building photo.

For business premises, tell us who maintains the grounds and whether a rear garden or separate lawn is part of the request. We retain commercial mole control for managed properties and explain residential MG30 where it fits. Compact frontage alone does not decide eligibility; property use and the area agreed for service make the conversation more useful.

Local details that matter

Around the trail and farms, focus on the lawn you want back

The city identifies Banks as the start of the Banks-Vernonia State Trail and describes the surrounding agricultural community. For a home near that wider landscape, the maintained lawn may be a small part of the address's total acreage. Show us where you regularly mow, where the fresh activity is and whether separate lawns are involved.

A first active problem can be discussed through MG30; a history of separate returning episodes may make Mole Dominator worth considering. We will explain both without treating a trail or farm view as an automatic reason for monthly service. Larger residential areas receive a custom scope. If you are preparing to rework damaged grass, contact us while the current activity is still easy to show.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Banks property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can the inquiry cover an individual lawn beside shared grounds?

Yes. Identify your lawn and mention the shared area separately. A manager can contact us about common grounds.

Do you help businesses with a small planted frontage?

Commercial mole control remains available by custom quote. Include photos of the grass and planting you want assessed.

Does living near the trail mean I need ongoing control?

The choice follows your property's current problem and recurring history. We can explain MG30 and Mole Dominator without assuming the trail determines the service.
