How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Boring

Get help with fresh mounds and raised runs in your Boring lawn. Mak and Maleah provide personal, poison-free mole control, with weekly follow-up focused on resolving the active problem. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Show the actual lawn level on the southeast upland

The National Weather Service groups Boring with the outer southeast Portland area at elevations generally between 500 and 1,000 feet. For a property inquiry, the useful detail is how your lawn is arranged: one connected grass area, separate levels or a planted slope between them.

Identify the level with fresh activity and the entrance you normally use. A wide photograph from a path can show how the lawn connects to the house and any additional grass area.

Practical homeowner tips

Keep the house lawn distinct from nursery production

Boring has an established nursery-growing community. In a firsthand profile, the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District describes a local family nursery's transition to drip irrigation, regular cover crops and pollinator hedgerows. Those features serve different purposes from a residential lawn, even when growing ground and a home share the same property.

When requesting help, identify the grass or planting area you want assessed and show known irrigation lines and retained hedgerows. Explain any planned harvesting, cultivation or landscape work so fresh surface changes can be understood during follow-up. An individual house lawn can be discussed through the residential offers; production or other managed grounds need their own commercial scope. A neighboring nursery is local context, not proof that it caused the mole activity in your garden.

Local details that matter

Use the private entrance beside the rail-trail junction

Boring Station was once a streetcar shipping location. The county's park land extends from Dee Street to south of Highway 212, where the Springwater and Cazadero corridors meet. That former transport ground is a public landscape alongside the private homes and working properties around it.

Use a nearby road or trailhead as a landmark, then provide the actual entrance to the affected garden. Identify who is responsible if a request covers shared grass or commercial frontage. The household working area should be clear before equipment is set up and checked weekly. MG30 is primary for a current problem; Mole Dominator is an alternative when your own record shows ongoing or repeated activity, rather than a choice determined by being near a trail or field.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Boring property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can I request help for both a lawn and nursery ground?

Yes. Describe the different areas and their uses so the residential and commercial scopes can be discussed separately.

Should I mention drip irrigation or cover crops?

Yes. Explain the existing planting, irrigation and scheduled cultivation near the fresh activity.

Is the public trailhead enough for a service address?

Provide the actual property address and private entrance as well. A landmark does not identify the authorized working area.

Does a property near fields need ongoing service?

Not automatically. Describe the current problem and any recurring history before choosing between MG30 and Mole Dominator.
