How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Brooks

Get personal help with the fresh damage in your lawn. Mak and Maleah provide poison-free mole control in Brooks, with weekly follow-up and service focused on resolving the active problem. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Understand your local property

A sewer connection can still include a tank in the garden

Brooks' district sewer system uses septic tanks and pumps feeding a pressurized collection main and treatment lagoon. If you know where your tank covers, pump equipment or maintenance route are, point them out when describing fresh mole signs.

Keep those features accessible and share an existing system sketch if you have one. You do not need to open a tank or investigate buried equipment before requesting service. The useful first step is to identify the damaged lawn and the infrastructure already known to be there.

Practical homeowner tips

Show the water features serving your own property

Marion County distinguishes Brooks' limited commercial water service from residential customers' individual wells or other small water systems. That distinction matters when describing a garden: a district sewer account does not identify your drinking-water or irrigation layout.

Mention a known wellhead, pump enclosure or irrigation repair near the affected grass. Leave covers and fittings undisturbed, and show the new mounds separately. We can coordinate the lawn work with the information you already have rather than making assumptions from the service address.

Local details that matter

House lawn, shared grounds or a larger working property?

Brooks and Hopmere developed on opposite sides of I-5, linked by Brooklake Road. The county's community plan describes a mixture of homes, commercial and industrial ground. More recently, its 2023 planning report for the Bethel Park area recorded housing, a manufactured-home park, crop-processing facilities and agricultural parcels close together. A rural-looking address does not tell us the size or purpose of the lawn needing help.

Identify the maintained grass you want assessed, separately from neighboring fields, production space or shared residential land. If you manage several areas, explain which are part of the same inquiry and who coordinates access. A household current-problem request can start with MG30; commercial or agricultural grounds can be assessed through commercial mole control. Mole Dominator is the alternative when your actual history shows recurring activity, rather than an automatic recommendation because fields are nearby.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Brooks property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Does district sewer service mean there is no tank on my property?

Not in a STEP system. Share the location of equipment you already know about; do not open covers to prepare for a mole visit.

Should I include an entire farm in a lawn inquiry?

Identify the affected maintained area and explain any additional working grounds separately so the scope can be discussed.

Does living near crop-processing or farm ground require ongoing mole service?

No. Describe the current signs and your own history of repeated activity before choosing between residential options.
