How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Cedar Hills

Show us fresh activity in the lawn or bed, along with nearby paths and planted edges. Mak and Maleah will explain the service process and your offer choices. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

A lake view does not describe the whole lawn

THPRD identifies Commonwealth Lake as man-made, with Johnson Creek along the park’s northern border. If your property is nearby, show the actual private lawn and its planted edges rather than assuming the lake explains every patch of fresh soil. A wide photograph helps distinguish a mound from an unrelated low spot or disturbed landscape surface.

Include where your maintained ground ends and where a path, public strip or planted water edge begins. We discuss service on authorized private ground. Nearby public features provide context, not proof of the underground route, the number of animals or a recurring infestation on your lot.

Practical homeowner tips

Record activity before other landscape work changes the surface

Official Commonwealth Lake information describes separate sewer and water-entry/bridge projects with different schedules. For a property affected by nearby work, use current notices to explain any access restriction rather than assuming every project is complete or still underway. Tell us about work actually scheduled on your own grounds.

Photograph the activity before soil, paths or irrigation are altered. Keep the date and identify which areas a contractor has disturbed. That gives us a clearer starting point for weekly follow-up and prevents a changed surface from being read as a service outcome. Mole control is not a replacement for repairing a damaged pipe or rebuilding a path.

Local details that matter

A garden plot and a private lawn need different permission

THPRD’s Cedar Hills Park facility work includes accessible community-garden beds and connecting paths. If the disturbance you are reporting is in an allocated garden plot or another shared setting, identify the manager and permission arrangements before requesting equipment there. A garden membership does not necessarily authorize work on surrounding park ground.

For your home lawn, explain any raised bed, vegetable area or narrow access route that needs to stay clear. We can agree on the area to be serviced without assuming the whole landscape is identical turf. Use your own record of separate problems to choose between current-problem resolution and ongoing Mole Dominator service.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Cedar Hills property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Does Commonwealth Lake prove my yard is wet?

No. A nearby lake is not a parcel-level soil or groundwater assessment. Show the condition on your own maintained ground.

Should I mention planned contractor work?

Yes. Share the actual schedule, affected area and any access restrictions so service equipment and observations remain consistent.

Can you place equipment in a community garden?

First identify the responsible manager, authorized area and permission requirements. Do not assume a plot allocation includes the surrounding public grounds.
