How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Clackamas

A Clackamas address can describe very different properties. Show us your maintained lawn, property boundaries and current activity so we can define the right service scope. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

The address is a starting point, not the property plan

Clackamas County provides separate map layers for tax lots, subdivisions, streams and planning designations. That is helpful when a mailing address and a neighborhood name do not fully explain the ground to be serviced. Include a marked aerial view if your lawn adjoins a commercial parcel, association area or an undeveloped strip.

Tell us whether you are the homeowner, a tenant or the manager responsible for the grounds. A clear authorization and access contact keeps weekly service straightforward. We can then confirm whether the maintained area fits qualifying residential MG30 pricing or needs a larger custom scope.

Practical homeowner tips

Mount Talbert’s forest edge is a boundary, not a diagnosis

Metro describes Mount Talbert as a forested natural area on a former lava dome, surrounded by suburban neighborhoods and shopping centers. If your lawn sits in that broader setting, show where managed grass or planting meets the natural edge. We do not infer that every neighboring yard has rocky soil or recurring mole activity.

Leave public trails and habitat outside the requested residential service area. Do not clear a route through the woodland to investigate a presumed tunnel. A close photo of the fresh mound and a wider image of your own landscaping provide a useful record without disturbing the surrounding ground.

Local details that matter

A rural-looking edge can still have managed water-quality features

The WES storm-system plan describes the Rock Creek study area as a mix of rural residences, agriculture, private forest and open space, with both engineered and vegetated stormwater facilities. Its study boundary is specific; it should not be applied indiscriminately to every Clackamas address.

If your property includes a swale, basin or landscaped drainage edge, identify it when marking the service area. A green depression is not automatically spare lawn to be filled or regraded. Explain the fresh activity and who maintains the feature. Our recommendation follows the actual property problem and recurrence history rather than one broad label for the Clackamas area.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Clackamas property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

What helps you confirm the service area around Clackamas?

Send the address, a marked view of the maintained ground and the owner or manager’s access details. Include shared parcels or drainage areas so they can be discussed explicitly.

Does living near Mount Talbert mean I need an ongoing agreement?

No. A public natural-area description does not establish your yard’s mole history. A first active problem may fit MG30; separate recurring episodes may fit Mole Dominator.

Can one manager request service for a business landscape?

Yes. Mark lawns, public frontage, access restrictions and water-quality facilities on the plan. Commercial mole control is custom quoted for the agreed grounds.
