How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Cornelius

Get a clear plan for fresh mole damage in your lawn, garden or managed grounds. Talk directly with Mak or Maleah about resolving the current problem with weekly follow-through. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

From a river-side lawn to a garden on rolling ground

Cornelius's comprehensive plan describes land along the Tualatin River and rolling ground to the north near Council Creek. A useful first photo shows the whole lawn around the fresh mounds: one continuous yard, a separate garden level or grass divided by planted beds. That gives Mak and Maleah a clearer starting point for the service area you want protected.

Include the part of the garden you use most and any landscaping work already scheduled. We can discuss the active problem before you spend time smoothing the same mounds again. Weekly checks then follow the agreed lawn and garden areas, with progress explained as the work continues.

Practical homeowner tips

A home garden and growing land can need different scopes

Cornelius's community vision preserves its agricultural identity, including its connection with hazelnuts and blueberries. When your inquiry includes both a house lawn and growing ground, tell us how each area is used. A front garden, a family berry patch and commercially managed planting are different service conversations, even when they share an entrance.

Mark where fresh activity is appearing and which areas you want included. We will explain qualifying residential MG30 service or a custom scope for larger areas and commercial work. Oregon's gopher add-on can also be discussed if the signs suggest more than a mole problem. Send photos of the actual damage so the conversation starts with your property.

Local details that matter

Keep shared garden service simple

The Cornelius 2045 vision includes accessory dwellings and housing that supports several generations. For a property with more than one household using the outdoor space, one named contact can keep weekly service straightforward. Tell us which lawn belongs in the inquiry and how residents use the garden, including pets, play areas and scheduled mowing.

Separate returning episodes from new mounds during the same active problem. MG30 is the primary choice for resolving a current episode; Mole Dominator is an alternative when a property has ongoing or recurring trouble. Shared occupancy alone does not determine the plan. Mak or Maleah will help compare the choices using the history you provide.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Cornelius property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can I ask about the house lawn and a separate growing area?

Yes. Describe each area and how it is used. We will clarify residential eligibility and any larger or commercial scope before service.

What should a property with an accessory dwelling include in its inquiry?

Name one contact and identify the affected lawn, shared garden use and access for weekly checks.

Which offer fits a first mole problem?

MG30 is the primary current-problem offer. Tell us about any previous separate episodes so we can also explain when ongoing control may fit.
