How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

What to know about mole control in Damascus

A small lawn, a larger residential parcel and working grounds need different quoting scopes. Tell us where fresh activity appears and what area you want serviced. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Use the parcel location rather than an old boundary assumption

Happy Valley’s Pleasant Valley–North Carver information discusses the former Damascus area and the distinction between unincorporated county land and annexed property. For mole service, give the actual address and entrance rather than assuming an older city boundary settles the location. Tell us who owns or manages the affected ground.

We are arranging the service scope, not making a zoning determination. A property plan or simple sketch can show the house, maintained lawn and access gate without requiring a long planning history. That helps keep the quote tied to the current property and the person authorized to approve work.

Practical homeowner tips

Measure the maintained area, not just the whole acreage

Clackamas County’s land-use framework distinguishes rural residential, farm and forest settings. On a larger Damascus-area property, a lawn around the house, an actively managed growing area and wooded ground may serve different purposes. Mark the area with fresh activity and identify which part you want included before assuming that the entire parcel is one residential lawn.

MG30 eligibility applies to qualifying residential service areas up to one acre. Larger residential areas and commercial grounds are custom quoted. Describe the use as well as the size, including any livestock, farm access or contractor schedule that affects where equipment can be placed and checked.

Local details that matter

A restoration corridor should stay distinct from the service patch

The Clackamas River Basin Council documents restoration partnerships in the Rock Creek basin. If your actual property adjoins a planted stream corridor, identify that boundary and any existing management arrangement. The basin reference is context, not a claim that every Damascus lot drains to Rock Creek or has the same recurrence risk.

Do not clear streamside planting to follow suspected activity. Photograph fresh soil from accessible maintained ground and note separate episodes over time. That record helps Mak and Maleah explain whether current-problem resolution or continuing Mole Dominator service fits your needs, without an automatic monthly-plan recommendation based on a nearby creek.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Damascus property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

What if the mailing address and current jurisdiction differ?

Provide the actual service address, entrance and property plan if it clarifies the maintained area. We do not quote from an old boundary assumption.

Does a multi-acre parcel automatically cost ?

No. Describe the qualifying residential service area. Larger residential areas and commercial grounds receive a custom quote.

Does every Damascus property have a Rock Creek setting?

No. The basin example applies only where relevant. We need your actual maintained boundary and activity history.
