How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Dundee

Tell us the active ground, its slope and its use. A home lawn and commercial vineyard need different scopes, with clear access for weekly checks. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Describe the route into the yard as well as the slope

Dundee describes steep and rocky portions of the Harvey Creek route, while Viewmont Greenway is a paved connection between neighborhoods and vineyards. Those public examples illustrate why a hillside address does not describe one uniform access condition. For your own grounds, show the maintained area, steps, gate and any narrow approach in a wider photograph.

We discuss safe access to the actual service patch rather than asking you to clear a route down a bank. A level lawn reached by steep steps is a different setup conversation from turf beside an accessible driveway. Explain the entrance you authorize for weekly visits and any landscape work scheduled there.

Practical homeowner tips

Red soil supplies context, not a mole count

The Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association describes the area’s red volcanic Jory soil. That regional identity does not tell us the precise soil on every garden lot, the number of moles or whether a particular problem will recur. Show the fresh disturbance itself instead of relying on soil color as the diagnosis.

If the active ground is beside vines, distinguish a residential planting from a commercially managed vineyard. The purpose and size of the service area matter to the quote. Qualifying residential MG30 service areas up to one acre are ; larger residential areas and commercial grounds receive a custom quote. A vineyard view alone does not make an individual home lawn commercial.

Local details that matter

Do not assume a proposed trail is a service route

The city and Chehalem Park and Recreation District describe different management responsibilities and distinguish existing Dundee trails from proposed connections. For a private-property quote, use the actual street entrance and permitted route rather than an anticipated future link or a public park access point.

Identify who maintains any shared planted strip or growing area beside the lawn. Keep dates of separate activity episodes so the plan choice follows your own experience: MG30 for a current problem or Mole Dominator for an ongoing or recurring pattern. Public trail plans and regional soil names do not replace that property history.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Dundee property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Does red soil mean I need ongoing service?

No. Regional soil identity does not establish recurrence. Tell us what has actually happened on your property.

Is a home beside a vineyard automatically commercial?

No. Identify the use and size of the ground you want serviced. Working commercial grounds receive a custom quote.

Can I direct you through a planned trail connection?

Give the existing, authorized private entrance. Proposed or public trail routes are not assumed service access.
