How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

What to know about mole control in Estacada

Fresh mole damage should not take over the garden you have worked to establish. Mak and Maleah provide personal, poison-free mole control in Estacada with weekly follow-up and clear communication. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Show the maintained garden near Wade Creek

Wade Creek Park's restoration replaced a pond with a stream and added riparian planting, wetland areas and a rain garden. The project designer records completion in spring 2023. For a nearby house garden, distinguish the grass you maintain from creek-side vegetation or a planted drainage area.

A useful photograph shows the fresh mound, the lawn boundary and a path into the garden. Keep natural banks and planted basins intact when preparing for a visit. Tell us if the affected grass is separated from the house by a fence, steps or planting. We can focus the inquiry on your private working area without treating every piece of vegetated ground beside the creek as lawn.

Practical homeowner tips

Keep pollinator planting part of the garden

Estacada's Bee City program includes pollinator habitat on public and private land and encourages nonchemical pest-management methods. If you have native flowers or a pollinator border beside the lawn, include that planting in the description of where damage is appearing.

Our mole service is poison-free. You do not need to remove flower beds or apply a broad insect treatment before contacting us about new ridges. Show whether the disturbance is in grass, mulch or planted soil, and mention garden work already scheduled. The goal is a practical plan for the active mole problem while keeping the rest of your garden's purpose clear.

Local details that matter

Describe the finished lawn within a phased neighborhood

The city's subdivision inventory includes Campanella Estates, Currin Creek phases and Faraday Hills, with approvals and different open-space arrangements. An approval list does not establish that every phase or trail is finished. For service, your actual street, entrance and established lawn are more useful than the development name alone.

Tell us when turf was laid and which ground is still being landscaped. Separate soil moved by construction from mounds that appeared afterward, and identify any shared space that needs a manager's permission. A recently finished lawn can have a current problem without a recurring history. Discuss MG30 first for that situation; consider Mole Dominator when your own experience shows repeated activity rather than assuming a new neighborhood needs continuing service.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Estacada property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Should I clear planting near Wade Creek before an inquiry?

No. Photograph the maintained lawn and its boundary from an existing path. Keep creek-side and drainage planting intact.

Can I keep my pollinator border?

Show its location when describing fresh activity. Our poison-free mole service does not require you to remove the border or apply a broad insect treatment first.

What information helps in a phased subdivision?

Give your actual street and garden entrance, the lawn's installation date and the areas still under landscape or construction work.
