How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Gaston

Get help with fresh mole damage around your Gaston home or managed property. Talk directly with Mak or Maleah about a clear service area, weekly follow-up and a result-based plan. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Start with the garden level that is being damaged

Gaston's parks planning describes ridge-line views toward Wapato Lake. For a home where grass is divided between levels, show the lawn you want help with and the route you normally take to it. A wide photo of the garden can explain more than several close-ups of isolated piles of soil.

Include planted borders, steps and any separate grass below the main garden. We can agree on the residential area to be serviced and discuss weekly checks around its actual layout. If you are planning to repair or replace damaged grass, tell us the timing. Getting the current activity assessed first gives that repair conversation a clearer starting point.

Practical homeowner tips

Near Wapato Lake, show what is changing in your lawn

Wapato Lake National Wildlife Refuge sits beside Gaston, with wetlands, mixed forest and a lakebed whose appearance changes through the seasons. For a nearby private property, focus the inquiry on the maintained grass: where loose soil is appearing, whether raised runs are visible and what has changed since the last mowing.

Send both a close view and one showing the surrounding garden. Mak or Maleah can discuss the signs and whether they fit our mole service. Nearby water or wildlife habitat provides context; it does not identify the animal making a particular mound. Where more than one type of activity is present, the Oregon gopher add-on can be discussed alongside the mole problem.

Local details that matter

Separate the home lawn from wider wooded acreage

Chehalem Ridge's project history records a former tree farm becoming a nature park with forest and meadow settings. Around the wider Gaston landscape, a private address can likewise include a small home lawn and much more wooded or open ground. Tell us which maintained areas matter to your request and where fresh mole activity is affecting them.

A sketch can distinguish the house garden from separate grass or managed commercial areas before scope is discussed. Larger residential areas and commercial grounds receive a custom plan. For the home lawn, explain whether this is one current episode or a recurring pattern over time. That experience, together with your goals, helps compare MG30 with Mole Dominator.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Gaston property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

What photos help when the lawn is on more than one level?

Show each affected grass area and the normal route between them, then add close views of the fresh activity.

Does a mound near wet ground automatically mean moles?

Send photos of the mound, surface runs and surrounding lawn. We can discuss whether the signs fit our service rather than identifying the problem from the nearby lake alone.

Should the inquiry include my entire wooded parcel?

Identify the maintained lawns and other areas you want assessed. We will clarify the proposed service scope before discussing a plan.
