How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Gladstone

Tell us which ground is active, who can authorize work and whether the problem is new or part of a repeated pattern. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

A community-garden plot needs a named contact

The Gladstone Community Garden at Meldrum Bar records a history extending to the early 1960s. If fresh activity appears in an allocated growing plot, tell us the garden location, affected bed and person who manages permission for service. A gardener’s plot and the surrounding public park are different areas; neither should be included automatically in the other’s quote.

For a private vegetable bed at home, show its relationship to the lawn and how it is reached. Explain planned cultivation or irrigation work so observations and equipment are not disrupted. We can discuss the active mole problem without assuming every growing area has the same ownership, maintenance schedule or service scope.

Practical homeowner tips

A wetland edge is different from a riverfront lawn

Gladstone’s parks planning maps identify Glen Echo and Olson wetlands alongside distinct riverfront sites. That local variety makes a close-up of one mound insufficient for understanding access. Include the maintained lawn, fence or planted transition and give the actual service address rather than only naming a nearby park.

We do not diagnose a private yard from the nearest mapped wetland. Tell us whether the active patch is level, reached by steps or maintained with another property. Ground that is public, restored or under separate management needs its own authorization; our residential scope starts with the area you are responsible for.

Local details that matter

Keep restoration planting out of routine lawn preparation

Documented stewardship at Meldrum Bar includes invasive-plant removal and work supporting the river environment. That is different from ordinary mowing on a private lawn. If your grounds border a restored or planted area, show the boundary before clearing vegetation or adding fill to cover disturbance.

Record the dates of fresh activity and any earlier separate episodes. Public restoration nearby does not establish that your home has a recurring mole problem. MG30 is the primary offer for resolving current qualifying residential activity; Mole Dominator is an alternative when your actual history supports ongoing service. Shared managed grounds receive a custom quote.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Gladstone property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can a garden member arrange service alone?

Identify the garden manager and permission for equipment before assuming that an allocated plot authorizes work on surrounding grounds.

Does being near Glen Echo mean my lawn is wetland?

No. We need the actual property boundary, maintained area and observed activity.

Should I remove planting before you visit?

Leave restored or managed planting intact. Show the boundary and explain who maintains it so the service scope is clear.
