How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Metzger

Fresh mounds in your Metzger lawn? Talk directly with Mak or Maleah about resolving the active problem, with weekly checks and clear communication from a family-owned business. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

A home garden and a managed entrance are different jobs

The county's community plan distinguishes the residential character of Old Metzger from the more intensive Progress–Washington Square area. A lawn on a quiet residential street and a landscaped entrance near Hall, Greenburg or Oleson can therefore be quite different service requests, even when they are close together.

For a home, show the maintained lawn and explain whether mole damage has happened before. For an office, apartment or other managed grounds, include the contact who arranges access and receives updates. Commercial service is scoped for the property. A qualifying home's current episode can suit MG30, while a genuinely recurring pattern is a reason to discuss ongoing mole control.

Practical homeowner tips

Describe the activity beside Ash Creek

Ash Creek and its tributaries are important features of the Metzger planning area. The county describes a broad creek floodplain, particularly south of Oak Street. That is useful geographic context, but the first service conversation should describe the grass and conditions on your own property today.

If fresh mounds are appearing along a low lawn edge, send a dated view showing both the soil and the surrounding area. Tell us whether there is standing water or a separate drainage concern, and whether the lawn is accessible for weekly checks. Leave creek-side planting and drainage contours intact. We focus on the active mole signs; a neighborhood creek description does not determine a particular home's ground conditions.

Local details that matter

Include mature planting with the damaged lawn

Metzger Park brings tree-covered paths, open lawn and native demonstration planting together in one local landscape. Your garden may have its own close transition between grass, tree roots and beds. A wider photograph helps explain fresh activity along that edge better than an isolated mound close-up.

Tell us if you are protecting recently planted beds, established trees or a lawn used by your family. There is no need to remove planting for a quote. We can discuss the affected maintained area and any upcoming landscape work before service begins. Weekly communication then keeps the conversation focused on what is newly active rather than every older surface mark in the garden.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Metzger property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can you help with a small managed-property entrance?

Yes. Involve the property or grounds contact so access, service scope and updates are coordinated appropriately.

Does an Ash Creek address automatically need ongoing service?

No. Your property's current activity and history guide the offer choice; the nearby creek alone does not establish a recurring problem.

Should photos include the tree beds beside the lawn?

Yes. Show where new activity sits in relation to the grass, established planting and paths.
