How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Getting a new garden established in Brynhill

Brynhill is one of North Plains' documented new-home communities. If you have recently laid sod, seeded grass or arranged a landscape installation there, tell Mak or Maleah where the fresh mounds are appearing and when the work took place. A new garden represents time and effort even when the area of damaged grass is small.

Before repeatedly patching the same spot, ask about resolving the active mole problem. Share any remaining lawn-installation schedule so weekly checks can be discussed alongside it. We can also explain the difference between continued signs during one active episode and a separate problem that returns after resolution. That history helps choose between MG30 and ongoing service.

Practical homeowner tips

Shared grass can have an HOA maintenance team

North Plains' parks records describe public-use arrangements for parks in Sunset Ridge and Brynhill, including HOA maintenance responsibilities. Public access and responsibility for the landscape can be different. If the mounds are in common grass rather than your own garden, bring the association or grounds manager into the service discussion.

A useful request identifies the affected common area, the person arranging the work and the regular mowing schedule. For an individual garden beside common space, show the boundary in a wider photo. We can discuss residential service for the home lawn and custom service for managed grounds while keeping the people responsible for each area informed.

Local details that matter

Managed turf needs a different service conversation

Pumpkin Ridge's North Plains setting is a reminder that local turf includes large managed landscapes as well as home gardens. For a golf, event or other commercial property inquiry, start with the areas affected, how the grounds are used and the person coordinating maintenance. We retain commercial mole control for those operational needs.

Share planned events, mowing and irrigation work that may affect equipment placement or weekly checks. A manager may need help with several distinct turf areas rather than one residential yard. We will discuss an appropriate custom scope. Identify which areas see daily use, which are maintained by contractors and who should receive progress updates so the service conversation includes the people managing the grounds.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

North Plains property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Should I call before repairing damage in newly installed grass?

Yes. Show the fresh activity and share the installation or repair schedule so we can discuss the active problem and weekly service.

Who should arrange work on common grass?

Include the HOA or grounds manager responsible for that area. Public access does not identify who authorizes landscape service.

Can a larger managed turf property request service?

Yes. Commercial mole control is custom scoped around the affected areas, property use and maintenance arrangements.
