How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Oak Grove

Show us fresh activity in your lawn or beds, any nearby drainage feature and the entrance we may use for weekly service. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Give the service address even when the mailing city differs

Oak Lodge Water Services describes a service area spanning Oak Grove, Jennings Lodge and parts of Milwaukie and Gladstone. That local overlap is a good reason to give us the actual property address and entrance rather than relying on a broad mailing-city label. Show which lawn or planted area is active and who is responsible for it.

If several households share the grounds, identify the person authorized to arrange service. An address is a starting point, not a complete quote. We need the maintained area, approximate size and access route to confirm whether qualifying residential pricing or a managed-grounds quote applies.

Practical homeowner tips

Use the creek context without assuming every yard is alike

The 2026 Oak Lodge watershed map distinguishes River Forest, Courtney Springs and north and south Boardman areas. Those separate drainage contexts do not mean every Oak Grove lawn is equally wet or has the same soil. Photograph the fresh activity on your own lot and include any channel, basin or planted edge that affects the service boundary.

Do not trace a suspected tunnel into a creek corridor or remove its vegetation to make the photograph clearer. A sketch of the maintained lawn and existing access is enough for the first conversation. Your record of separate episodes, rather than a watershed label, helps us discuss current-problem MG30 versus ongoing Mole Dominator service.

Local details that matter

Separate loose mound soil from a drainage complaint

Oak Lodge’s watershed guidance explains that runoff carries sediment into local creeks and distinguishes its work from county stormwater-system maintenance. If a mound appears beside an inlet, record it before cleanup and keep soil from being washed into the opening. Include the inlet and adjacent lawn in the same photograph.

Tell us separately about flooding, a broken pipe or an obstructed public ditch. Mole service is intended to resolve active mole activity, not repair the drainage network. Sharing the right distinction lets us focus the quote and helps you direct a maintenance concern to the responsible provider without treating all ground disturbance as the same problem.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Oak Grove property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Which location should I give if my mailing address says Milwaukie?

Give the actual service address and entrance, then identify the Oak Grove area and maintained ground involved.

Does a watershed map prove my lawn has a drainage problem?

No. It supplies context, not a parcel-level diagnosis. Show the conditions on your lot.

Will mole service repair an inlet or ditch?

No. Describe drainage maintenance separately while we discuss the active mole-control scope.
