How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

What to know about mole control in Oatfield

Get personal help with fresh mole damage in your Oatfield lawn. Mak and Maleah provide poison-free mole control, weekly follow-up and clear choices based on the active problem and your property's history. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Identify the affected lawn level on Oatfield Ridge

Oatfield's inland ridge rises above the lower ground toward the Willamette. The county's topographic mapping makes that change in level clear, but the layout within your own garden is the detail needed for mole service. Show whether the grass runs together or is separated by steps, a planted bank or a retaining wall.

Mark the level with fresh ridges or mounds and explain the normal entrance. A photograph from the house or an existing path can show the damaged area and its connection to the rest of the garden. Include a separate lower lawn if it is also affected, so the working area is clear from the start.

Practical homeowner tips

Keep fresh lawn signs distinct from established planting

Clackamas County's comprehensive plan specifically recognizes the tree stands along Oatfield Ridge. In a mature garden, open grass can meet established trees, mulched beds and other retained planting within a short distance. These areas should be identifiable when the property is assessed.

Photograph newly excavated soil along with the lawn edge, rather than clearing planted ground to make the garden look uniform. Point out known irrigation and any landscaping already scheduled nearby. Tell Mak and Maleah where the fresh activity is appearing now. The service can be discussed around the maintained grass without assuming every wooded or planted part of the property is another lawn to include.

Local details that matter

Use today's garden boundary on an older property

The community history collected for Oatfield Ridge's sequoia nomination describes former farming land being subdivided and homes built from the 1920s through World War II. It also records generations of planting along the road. That history helps explain why an established landscape may outlast the property arrangement it began with.

For a service inquiry, identify the current fence, gate and area you maintain. A large tree or an old path is a useful landmark, but it does not define who authorizes work on each side. If grass is shared, involve its responsible manager. Base the plan choice on current signs and previous episodes: MG30 for the active problem, with Mole Dominator available for ongoing or recurring activity.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Oatfield property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

What helps when my lawn has several levels?

Show which level has fresh activity and how it connects to the normal garden entrance.

Should I clear established planting before a visit?

No. Show the fresh signs and identify the lawn, planted beds and known irrigation separately.

Does a large tree define the service boundary?

Use your current property and maintenance arrangements to describe the working area; involve the responsible manager for shared grass.

Do mature trees mean ongoing service is required?

Not automatically. Explain your own recurring history before choosing a plan.
