How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Your guide to getting rid of moles in Oregon City

Tell us how to reach the affected ground and where fresh activity sits in relation to terraces or canyon edges. We plan weekly service around your property’s actual layout. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Describe the level of the property that needs service

Oregon City’s stormwater plan describes a bluff paralleling the Willamette and changing slopes across the city. If your house and lawn sit on different levels, include the stairs, gate or side route in the first inquiry. A street-side photograph may conceal the actual access needed for weekly checks.

Mark each maintained patch separately. A front lawn, a terrace behind a wall and an upper garden should not silently become one assumed service area. We discuss practical access and the active ground before confirming the qualifying residential offer, so you know what is being addressed.

Practical homeowner tips

Newell Canyon is not a place to open exploratory paths

The city’s plan identifies steep ravines near Newell Canyon and notes highly erodible soils in that area. That is planning context, not a diagnosis of every nearby slope. Where a lawn ends at a canyon edge, keep photographs and observations on safe maintained ground. Leave trees, banks and existing vegetation intact.

Fresh mole activity and unstable ground need different assessments. Tell us about visible soil movement, drainage outlets or a changing retaining wall rather than assuming every disturbed patch is caused by a mole. We target the active problem without promising slope repair or expanding the scope into protected forest.

Local details that matter

Know where the mapped natural corridor begins

Oregon City’s Natural Resource Overlay District protects mapped stream, riparian and wetland habitat with vegetated corridors. Its stormwater guidance also describes planters, swales and other low-impact features. If one borders your lawn, send the relevant plan or a wider view rather than flattening everything to make a uniform surface.

We agree on authorized, accessible ground for service and explain how the setup will be checked each week. A household with one active episode may choose MG30; repeated distinct episodes may favor Mole Dominator. Neither a canyon-view address nor a mapped overlay automatically decides the service plan for you.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Oregon City property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can you service a lawn on a different level from the street?

Describe the route, steps and gate access before booking. We need safe repeat access to the agreed ground; photographs of both the activity and the route are useful.

Should I dig at the canyon edge to find the tunnel?

No. Do not disturb an edge or create an access path. Record what is visible from safe maintained ground and mention drainage or slope symptoms separately.

Does an overlay map tell me which mole plan to buy?

No. It helps identify resource boundaries, while your actual activity and recurrence history guide MG30 versus ongoing service. We explain both options without making an agreement mandatory.
