How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Sublimity

Get personal help with the fresh ridges and mounds in your lawn. Mak and Maleah provide poison-free mole control in Sublimity, with weekly follow-up focused on resolving the active problem. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Show which part of the terrace lawn is affected

Sublimity's comprehensive plan describes a terrace amid rolling foothills, with ground falling toward shallow valleys. If your garden has a lower lawn, planted bank or steps from the house, show those changes in level when you request mole service.

A photograph taken from a patio or path can show both the fresh soil and the route into the garden. Explain whether separate lawn levels connect or need different access. Leave established slope planting in place; the inquiry is about the maintained area with activity, not clearing a whole hillside. Tell us where you normally mow and whether recent landscape work changed that boundary.

Practical homeowner tips

Describe new soil separately from seasonal surface changes

The city's soil table records different characteristics for Jory and Salkum soils, including differences in shrink-swell potential and erosion. A city-scale table cannot identify the material in an individual garden, especially after landscaping, but it is a reason to describe the visible change carefully.

Send close photographs of excavated soil alongside a wider view of the grass. Tell us whether a raised ridge appeared overnight, an old mound was flattened, or the surface simply cracked as it dried. Date the photographs and note any recent watering or ground work. You do not need to identify a soil series yourself. Clear observations help us assess the animal signs without treating every seasonal mark as a new mole problem.

Local details that matter

Coordinate a managed garden with the grounds team

Sublimity includes managed residential settings as well as privately maintained house lawns. Marian Estates, for example, describes cottages and other independent-living homes with landscaping included in the lease. That is different from a homeowner arranging work entirely within their own garden.

If outdoor maintenance is provided for you, report fresh activity to the property or grounds manager first. Share photographs and the affected location so the person responsible can authorize any service and coordinate weekly access. Managers can ask us about commercial mole control for shared grounds. Include walking paths and the areas residents regularly use when describing the working space.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Sublimity property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Should I clear the bank below my lawn?

No. Show where the maintained grass and planted slope meet, and explain how each lawn level is reached.

Do cracks in the lawn confirm a mole problem?

No. Photograph fresh ridges or excavated soil and describe what changed. A regional soil table cannot diagnose a garden.

Who should arrange service for a garden maintained through my lease?

Start with the responsible property or grounds manager so permission, access and any shared areas can be coordinated.
