How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

What to know about mole trapping in Tigard

In Tigard, the affected ground may be a lawn, a pebble-covered planting bed or the maintained edge of a creek-side property. Our supplied Tigard photograph shows why a lawn-only description can miss part of the damage. Show Mak and Maleah where fresh soil is appearing across those surfaces. MG30 is the primary option for resolving this active problem; Mole Dominator is an alternative for a history of separate recurring episodes. You can start with a call or the property form on this page.

Understand your local property

Mole damage can cross from Tigard turf into landscaped beds

A mole mound does not have to sit in the middle of an open lawn. The Tigard photograph on this page shows soil pushed into pebbles beside landscaping, where tidying the surface can make the activity less obvious without explaining what is happening underneath. When your yard includes grass, bark and decorative stone, look at the relationship between those areas. A close photograph shows the mound; a second view across the bed and lawn helps us understand the area you want protected.

Practical homeowner tips

Before sweeping soil out of a rock border, save the useful evidence

For a Tigard yard with pebbled beds, photograph the fresh soil before brushing it back through the stones. Note whether the next mound appears in the same bed or farther into the turf, and keep the date with the picture. If you are also replacing bark, edging or sod, tell us which work is planned so equipment can remain undisturbed during weekly checks. Along a Fanno Creek boundary, take those photographs from your maintained yard and keep displaced soil out of the creek or drainage edge. You do not need to dig into a bank to start a service inquiry.

Local details that matter

Fanno Creek surroundings and a hill-side yard need different descriptions

The city's Fanno Creek Park runs through the downtown area toward Hall Boulevard and the public library, with grassy and wooded wetlands in its floodplain. That is useful context for a nearby lawn; it is not a description of every Tigard property. A home approached by steps or a sloping side yard needs different access information from a level lawn near that corridor. Tell us which maintained areas have current activity and how we can reach them. Those details let us define a practical service area, while your history of repeat mole episodes determines whether current-problem service or ongoing control is the better fit.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Tigard property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can mole damage appear in a rock border?

Yes. Our supplied Tigard photograph records a mound in pebbles. Send a wide photo and a close view before tidying it so we can understand the affected area.

Does a yard near Fanno Creek need ongoing service?

Not automatically. We consider your actual recurring history and property conditions. A nearby natural area alone does not establish which offer you need.

Is gopher control available with my Oregon mole service?

Yes. Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about the damage so we can identify the issue correctly.

Should I finish landscaping before contacting you?

Tell us what work is planned before moving soil or changing the affected beds. We can discuss how to coordinate access and service equipment with your project.
