How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

What to know about mole control in Turner

Get help with fresh mole damage in your Turner lawn. Mak and Maleah offer personal communication, weekly follow-up and service focused on resolving the active problem. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

Define the private lawn beside Turner Lake

Turner Lake occupies the former Riverbend Quarry site, and its public park was deeded to the city beside the Crawford Crossing development. A lake address can therefore describe several different kinds of ground. Tell us whether the fresh damage is in your own maintained garden, association grounds or another managed area.

A public path or lake entrance is a useful landmark, but the service request should identify the affected lawn and its authorized entrance. For common grounds, involve the manager who can agree the scope and receive updates. For a home, explain whether this is a first active episode or a recurring problem before choosing between MG30 and ongoing mole control.

Practical homeowner tips

Show the lawn level where the damage appears

The city's account of the lake development specifically describes the hillside below Val View Drive. That contrast between hillside homes and lower lake-side land is a reason to show your actual garden layout rather than assume all nearby lawns are alike. If the lawn is divided by a bank, steps or a retaining wall, identify which area has fresh activity.

A photograph from a stable path can show both the disturbance and the change in level. There is no need to scramble down a bank for a closer view. Mention any planned landscaping so work can be coordinated with weekly checks. A mole-service conversation does not establish a property's slope stability, and the old development study is not a diagnosis of your garden.

Local details that matter

Track new activity after the weather changes

Turner maintains specific Mill Creek flood information, and its stormwater system discharges to Mill Creek or Turner Lake. If rain or high water has recently changed the appearance of your lawn, tell us what you saw before and after it. A dated view of newly excavated soil is more helpful than an undated photograph of a muddy patch.

Explain whether the maintained grass is currently accessible and whether the newest mounds are separate from an area of pooling water. Do not move soil into a drain or reshape a bank to prepare for a quote. We can discuss the active mole signs and the agreed service area while you follow the city's current information for any separate high-water concern.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Turner property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can a lake-side home use MG30?

We assess the maintained residential area and current activity. Living near Turner Lake does not automatically require an ongoing plan.

What should I show if my lawn has two levels?

Show where fresh signs appear in relation to steps, a wall or planted bank. Take photographs from a stable, accessible spot.

Should I date photos after heavy rain?

Yes. Dates and a description of what changed help distinguish new excavated soil from older damage or weather-related surface changes.
