Two legitimate residential choices

Resolve today's problem or plan for recurring activity

Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for an active problem, especially without a history of recurring episodes. Mole Dominator is the alternative when new mole problems keep returning. A subscription is not required after MG30.

How our poison-free mole trapping service works

  1. Tell us about the activity. Contact Mak and Maleah with your address, fresh-activity photos and property history.
  2. Locate active tunnels. We examine the property and identify the runs the moles are using.
  3. Install targeted mole traps. We place equipment in the agreed service area with precautions suited to the property.
  4. Return weekly. We inspect the property, check traps and adjust placements as activity changes.
  5. Confirm the result. Following a catch, we monitor for seven consecutive days without new mole activity before removing equipment.
  6. Follow through under the guarantee. If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved, subject to the service terms.

Tell us about pets, children, irrigation, locked gates and other access restrictions before setup so equipment can be placed with appropriate precautions. Leave installed equipment undisturbed and keep children and pets away from it.

Mole removal explained for Woodburn

Tell us which ground you maintain, whether it is part of shared grounds and how often separate mole problems have returned. Moles Gone in 30 Days is the primary choice for resolving a current active problem with weekly follow-up and a result-based guarantee. Mole Dominator is the alternative for ongoing or recurring episodes. The local guidance below helps you describe your own property; Mak and Maleah confirm the affected area and service choice with you before you agree to work.

Understand your local property

A home beside a golf course is not a quote for the course

Woodburn Estates’ own information distinguishes individual ownership from common property, including the golf course and clubhouse. If activity appears near your lawn’s edge, show which ground belongs in your request. A photograph of continuous grass does not establish that the homeowner can authorize equipment across the adjoining managed grounds.

We can discuss the residential lawn with its owner and commercial or shared grounds with the responsible manager. Identify the maintained area and any boundary on a plan. The residential MG30 price should not be assumed to cover a course or other commercial turf simply because it is adjacent to a house.

Practical homeowner tips

Use creek mapping as a starting point, then show today’s lot

Woodburn’s local wetland inventory describes Mill Creek and Goose Creek, including a developed headwater setting and modified channels. It is a historical inventory, not proof that a present-day private yard is a wetland or has unchanged drainage. Photograph what you can see now: the lawn, a planted depression, an inlet or the edge of a maintained channel.

Do not infer an infestation or recurring history from a creek name. Explain when fresh activity appeared and whether separate episodes have returned. That record helps Mak and Maleah discuss MG30 for the current problem or Mole Dominator when an ongoing pattern warrants continuing service.

Local details that matter

The actual association plan is more useful than a general rule

A city approval for the Marion Pointe development expressly addresses association maintenance of common tracts and stormwater facilities. That condition belongs to that development; it is not a claim about every Woodburn neighborhood. For your property, use the actual maintenance plan or manager’s instructions to identify who is responsible for the affected area.

Send the relevant plan detail, authorized entrance and contractor schedule. If soil appears beside a planted drainage feature, leave its contour and vegetation intact while documenting the activity. We can focus on the mole-control scope without taking over facility inspections or assuming that a homeowner’s lawn and shared planting need identical arrangements.

Residential lawns and managed grounds

Gopher control is a free add-on to any Oregon mole service. Tell us about plant damage as well as mounds so we can discuss the right problem. For HOA grounds, rental communities, schools or business landscapes, commercial mole control is scoped separately. We confirm the exact address and maintained area before recommending service.

Woodburn property questions

What happens after I send the property form?

Your inquiry goes to Mak and Maleah. We discuss the address, current activity, property size and access, confirm availability and explain the service scope and terms before you decide.

What if the active problem takes longer than 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until it is resolved. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new activity confirm resolution before equipment removal. Seven days of free callback coverage follow removal, with a 90-day discounted return-service period afterward.

Do I have to choose an ongoing agreement?

No. MG30 addresses the current active problem. Mole Dominator is a separate choice for ongoing or recurring problems. Review its startup and agreement options before choosing; it is not a required follow-on purchase.

Can my residential quote include neighboring golf turf?

Identify ownership and authorization first. Commercial or shared managed grounds receive their own scope and custom quote.

Does the wetland inventory diagnose my current yard?

No. It supplies historical local context. Show the conditions and activity on your actual property.

Which HOA documents help?

A maintenance or landscape plan showing the service boundary, responsible manager and permitted access route is useful.
