Paying for the result

The service follows the active problem.

MG30 is built around resolving the covered mole problem, rather than charging for every catch or stopping after a fixed number of visits.

Weekly follow-through

We check activity and adjust equipment weekly. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new mole activity establish resolution before equipment is removed.

The 30-day promise

If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we keep working at no additional service charge until it is resolved.

Seven days of free callback

MG30 includes seven days of free callback coverage after equipment removal. A 90-day discounted return-service period follows completion. New moles can enter later; this is not permanent exclusion.

Read the complete MG30 terms. Mole Dominator continues under its own chosen agreement.

Understand your local property

A level lawn can have a steep route into it

Happy Valley identifies slope-constrained land through its Steep Slopes Development Overlay. That does not mean every yard is steep, but it makes access worth explaining before a visit. A front entry on one level may lead to a rear lawn reached by steps, a narrow side passage or a gate above a retaining wall. Call Mak or Maleah to discuss what is happening in your yard. We assess the current mole problem during service.

Our service conversation starts with accessible maintained ground. We do not need you to cut a new path, loosen a bank or excavate beside a wall to trace a suspected mole tunnel. If ground movement or a damaged retaining structure is the concern, explain it separately so mole control is not mistaken for a slope repair.

Practical homeowner tips

A practical tip for Happy Valley homeowners

The city’s Natural Resources Overlay describes private natural areas and easements associated with storm and surface-water management. In a subdivision, an open strip behind several houses may therefore have a different purpose and different authority from the fenced lawns beside it. Check the property or HOA plan before including that strip in your requested service area.

Tell Mak and Maleah who maintains the tract, whether an HOA is involved and which areas you can authorize us to enter. A clear boundary helps protect the function of planted natural ground and keeps weekly service focused. Shared grounds may need a commercial scope discussion; a view of open space does not automatically establish that a monthly residential plan is necessary.

Local details that matter

Use the precise location, not just ‘near Scouters Mountain’

Happy Valley lists Scouters Mountain Nature Park and Scouters Mountain Neighborhood Park separately. The nature trail is managed by Metro, while the neighborhood park is a different city amenity. For a home near either, give the service address and access instructions rather than using the park name as the only location description.

This is especially useful when a rear fence, path or landscaped common area makes the apparent entrance misleading. We are arranging work on your property, not proposing service in a public park. For the first visit, describe gate access, any contractor schedule and the maintained patch where fresh activity is appearing. Continued service should follow what happens on that patch, with your actual recurrence history guiding the offer choice.

Digging-free trapping with a smaller lawn footprint

Our Oregon trapping system needs a placement hole only about 1.5 inches across. It is digging-free: we do not need to cut open a large patch of your lawn to place the trap, helping minimize disturbance to your yard.

Compared with larger setups that use a roughly 6-inch-long turf cut and bucket-style covers, our smaller-diameter traps are less obtrusive and easier to mow around. They still project above ground, so mow around installed equipment and leave it undisturbed.

Poison-free, non-toxic mole control

Our poison-free, non-toxic approach avoids toxic baits in yards used by children and pets. This pet- and child-friendly service combines careful equipment placement with weekly follow-up. We explain the setup for your household; keep children and pets away from installed equipment.

Questions before you choose

Happy Valley mole control FAQs

Get clear answers about the service, your property and the next step.

Call Mak or Maleah
What if the moles are still active after 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until the covered active problem is resolved. Weekly service and the resolution checks are part of that promise.

Do I have to choose ongoing service?

No. MG30 is the primary choice for a current problem, especially without a history of recurring issues. Mole Dominator is the separate ongoing alternative when mole problems keep returning.

Is your mole control poison-free?

Yes. Our poison-free, non-toxic approach avoids toxic baits. We explain placement and precautions for your household; children and pets should stay away from installed equipment.

Does living on a hillside require ongoing service?

No. Terrain affects access and placement, not an automatic subscription recommendation. We consider whether your mole problem is current or repeatedly returning.

Can I include the natural tract behind my house?

First identify ownership, maintenance responsibility and any easement. Tell us who can authorize access and what area needs service.

Which Scouters Mountain location should I mention?

Use your property address and gate directions. The nature park and neighborhood park are distinct places, and neither name establishes a private service boundary.
