Meet the Owners

 Mak now leads field operations and strategy in Oregon, while Maleah serves as the company’s marketing and client relations director. Together, they oversee every detail—from customer communication and scheduling to long-term growth and service quality. In Washington, they’re supported by a technician with over 15 years of experience and an intern helping with marketing and operations. 

 The Parshalls’ mission is to deliver the highest quality mole control service possible while strengthening their community and protecting the environment. Their long-term vision is to make The Mole Busters the #1 mole extermination company on the West Coast, serving Washington, Oregon, and California, and becoming a trusted source for mole education and prevention.

They operate on values of accountability, honesty, work ethic, attention to detail, and approachability—principles that guide every customer interaction and service call.

 Mak and Maleah work side by side from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, driven by the belief that hard work and integrity always pay off. When they’re not serving customers, they stay active in their community as members of the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce, supporting local nonprofits and attending charity events.

Mak enjoys cycling, chess, golf, and German cars, while Maleah leads creative marketing projects and enjoys connecting with customers. After marrying in 2025, the couple moved back to McMinnville, Oregon, where they continue building their business and giving back to the community that shaped them.
