— Cyndi Dahl
“Mole Busters was our answer to our mole problem in our newly installed lawn sod. Mak was very conscientious, came weekly, over a period of about two months, until there was no more mole activity. Great communicator, letting us know when he was coming each week and reporting back what he found. Recommend this service highly for dependable and dogged mole service!”
— Deborah Letourneau
“Professional service. Excellent communication of the process and timely delivery. Bottom line, got the job done.”
— Gary Rebello
King County mole control should fit the specific maintained landscape and the history of the problem. MG30 is the primary choice for resolving current active mole damage; Mole Dominator is an alternative for ongoing or recurring activity. A compact urban lawn, an association's common ground and a larger residential area need different scopes. We confirm the agreed service area and practical access before equipment is placed. We confirm availability and explain the service and agreement choices before you decide.
Choose for your property
Resolve the active problem with Moles Gone in 30 Days Guaranteed. If separate mole problems keep returning, consider Mole Dominator. Commercial and shared grounds receive their own service scope.

Paying for the result
MG30 is built around resolving the covered mole problem, rather than charging for every catch or stopping after a fixed number of visits.
We check activity and adjust equipment weekly. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new mole activity establish resolution before equipment is removed.
If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we keep working at no additional service charge until it is resolved.
MG30 includes seven days of free callback coverage after equipment removal. A 90-day discounted return-service period follows completion. New moles can enter later; this is not permanent exclusion.
Read the complete MG30 terms. Mole Dominator continues under its own chosen agreement.
Understand your local property
The approved King County city guides cover individual home lawns as well as the kinds of shared ground managed by associations or property managers. In a small urban landscape, the lawn beside a building may not be maintained by the person making the inquiry. Confirm which ground you control and identify the contact for common areas before work is agreed. A residential active-problem request and commercially managed grounds may need different scopes even when the damage appears continuous across the property line. We discuss that distinction before recommending service.
Practical homeowner tips
Call Mak or Maleah to discuss what is happening in your yard. We assess the current mole problem during service. Note irrigation work, mowing days, locked gates and any household pets that use the space. If you have seen activity return, separate the dates of those episodes from old mounds that were never leveled. These details make the comparison between MG30 and ongoing Mole Dominator more useful than a general request for a city-wide treatment or a guess about how many animals are present.
Local details that matter
Seattle, the Eastside and the southern King County communities are not one interchangeable property description. The Newcastle, Tukwila and Black Diamond guides, for example, retain different sourced local angles instead of repeating a single county narrative. The county page connects you to those specific guides and explains the service choices they share. We do not assign one soil condition, mole movement pattern or recurrence risk to all the listed places. Your own fresh activity and property history determine the service discussion, with the exact address used to confirm availability.
Some cities span county boundaries. Confirm your address and authorization when arranging service.
Our poison-free, non-toxic approach avoids toxic baits in yards used by children and pets. This pet- and child-friendly service combines careful equipment placement with weekly follow-up. We explain the setup for your household; keep children and pets away from installed equipment.
