Paying for the result

The service follows the active problem.

MG30 is built around resolving the covered mole problem, rather than charging for every catch or stopping after a fixed number of visits.

Weekly follow-through

We check activity and adjust equipment weekly. After a catch, seven consecutive days without new mole activity establish resolution before equipment is removed.

The 30-day promise

If the covered active problem takes longer than 30 days, we keep working at no additional service charge until it is resolved.

Seven days of free callback

MG30 includes seven days of free callback coverage after equipment removal. A 90-day discounted return-service period follows completion. New moles can enter later; this is not permanent exclusion.

Read the complete MG30 terms. Mole Dominator continues under its own chosen agreement.

Understand your local property

Show which part of the terrace lawn is affected

Sublimity's comprehensive plan describes a terrace amid rolling foothills, with ground falling toward shallow valleys. If your garden has a lower lawn, planted bank or steps from the house, show those changes in level when you request mole service.

We assess current activity in the agreed lawn and planted edges, then explain the service setup. Explain whether separate lawn levels connect or need different access. Leave established slope planting in place; the inquiry is about the maintained area with activity, not clearing a whole hillside. Tell us where you normally mow and whether recent landscape work changed that boundary.

Practical homeowner tips

A practical tip for Sublimity homeowners

The city's soil table records different characteristics for Jory and Salkum soils, including differences in shrink-swell potential and erosion. A city-scale table cannot identify the material in an individual garden, especially after landscaping, but it is a reason to describe the visible change carefully.

Call Mak or Maleah to discuss what is happening in your yard. We assess the current mole problem during service. Tell us whether a raised ridge appeared overnight, an old mound was flattened, or the surface simply cracked as it dried. We assess the affected maintained lawn and discuss nearby drainage features before equipment placement. You do not need to identify a soil series yourself. Clear observations help us assess the animal signs without treating every seasonal mark as a new mole problem.

Local details that matter

Coordinate a managed garden with the grounds team

Sublimity includes managed residential settings as well as privately maintained house lawns. Marian Estates, for example, describes cottages and other independent-living homes with landscaping included in the lease. That is different from a homeowner arranging work entirely within their own garden.

If outdoor maintenance is provided for you, report fresh activity to the property or grounds manager first. We confirm the maintained area and who can authorize service before work begins. Managers can ask us about commercial mole control for shared grounds. Include walking paths and the areas residents regularly use when describing the working space.

Digging-free trapping with a smaller lawn footprint

Our Oregon trapping system needs a placement hole only about 1.5 inches across. It is digging-free: we do not need to cut open a large patch of your lawn to place the trap, helping minimize disturbance to your yard.

Compared with larger setups that use a roughly 6-inch-long turf cut and bucket-style covers, our smaller-diameter traps are less obtrusive and easier to mow around. They still project above ground, so mow around installed equipment and leave it undisturbed.

Poison-free, non-toxic mole control

Our poison-free, non-toxic approach avoids toxic baits in yards used by children and pets. This pet- and child-friendly service combines careful equipment placement with weekly follow-up. We explain the setup for your household; keep children and pets away from installed equipment.

Questions before you choose

Sublimity mole control FAQs

Get clear answers about the service, your property and the next step.

Call Mak or Maleah
What if the moles are still active after 30 days?

Under MG30, we continue at no additional service charge until the covered active problem is resolved. Weekly service and the resolution checks are part of that promise.

Do I have to choose ongoing service?

No. MG30 is the primary choice for a current problem, especially without a history of recurring issues. Mole Dominator is the separate ongoing alternative when mole problems keep returning.

Is your mole control poison-free?

Yes. Our poison-free, non-toxic approach avoids toxic baits. We explain placement and precautions for your household; children and pets should stay away from installed equipment.

Should I clear the bank below my lawn?

No. Show where the maintained grass and planted slope meet, and explain how each lawn level is reached.

Do cracks in the lawn confirm a mole problem?

No. Call Mak or Maleah to discuss what is happening in your yard. We assess the current mole problem during service. A regional soil table cannot diagnose a garden.

Who should arrange service for a garden maintained through my lease?

Start with the responsible property or grounds manager so permission, access and any shared areas can be coordinated.
